This is the hi-tech site I use most often. The comment and rating structure on this site produces the best answers and highest quality solutions I have ever seen. You can find the answer, if it's been answered, without looking through pages and pages of forum comments.
It's more than just an excellent tech forum. It's a good example of incorporating trust and reputation into a forum in general.
